You have basic knowledge of Business English. You already use English in your job to some extent and have some experience handling business tasks in English. You would like to improve your word power, speaking skills and fluency on the one hand and your reading, listening and writing skills on the other hand. You would like to get more self-confidence to master English communication challenges at work. This course deals with a variety of current business topics with special focus on speaking and listening practice. It also offers a platform for discussing small talk topics, exchanging opinions, and giving presentations on business-related topics. Grammar will be revised as far as relevant for business situations.

- Presenting: Qualities of good presentations, Structuring a presentation, Using visuals
- People skills: Presenting with Impact, The four Cs
- Morale problems: Improving morale, Motivating a team
- Being heard: Assertiveness in meetings, Meetings styles, Meetings in different countries
- Snail Mail: Formal letters, Letter-writing expressions
- Solving problems: Discussing solutions, Problem-solving meetings

Requirements: approx. 8 years of English at school.
